Hill Street Coastal Cottage

Welcome to our coastal cottage a home away from home for any traveller visiting the Illawarra. Delightful cottage with modern coastal decor and with expansive views across the treetops of Mount Saint Thomas. The cottage has a bright sunny fresh coastal feel. The location is quiet and peaceful to provide a tranquil place to relax in. The space Upon entry, you are greeted by a beautifully styled open space oasis with three spacious bedrooms all including queen beds. It includes a large living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a new induction cooktop. Also included is a a beautiful bathroom with a bath, and brand new European Laundry with washer and dryer. From the open space dining there is direct access to a large undercover deck with an outdoor dining table that easily seats up to 8 people and a BBQ. Downstairs there is another living area, with a dedicated work space and direct access to the expansive backyard with firepit . There is off street parking for 2 cars available and also plenty of street parking available. The cottage is located in close proximity to the CBD of Wollongong, 10 min drive to all amenities, beaches, restaurants/bars and cafes. 10min walk to the local Figtree Shopping centre and 5 minutes to the local café and the Coniston railway station. Guest access Guests to message approximate time of arrival a pin code will be provided for entry access. Standard check-in time is 2PM onward. Standard check-out time is 10AM Early check-in and late check-out is available depending on availability at no extra cost. Please enquire within once your booking is confirmed. Please note that the cottage is not shared. However, there is a locked private room. Do not open please. Other things to note The house accommodates 7 people in total with 3 queen beds and a single trundle in one of the bedrooms. NO events or parties accepted - We are a quiet little street and our neighbours appreciate their quiet evenings. Sometimes we have a family of possums visit. Please look after them by not feeding them. You may be lucky enough to hear them or see them in the backyard trees as dusk. Registration details PID-STRA-55874
