Accommodation adjoining another gîte of identical capacity The space This 78 m² townhouse consists of 4 rooms: - living room with a very well-equipped kitchen - to take the time to cook - 3Bd = 6 beds: 1 bedroom with queen size bed, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Possibility of additional accommodation: 2 children under 3 years old. Provided free of charge on request: - Baby equipment: cot (120*60), baby bed, changing mat, high chair, bathtub, bath ring, potties. This property has underfloor heating but is not air-conditioned for the summer. Each BD is equipped with a floor-standing fan. The laundry area is located in the garage and includes a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron, and a clothesline. Outside, there are two terraces: one covered, forming a "patio" with a dining area, the other overlooking a fully fenced garden for the safety of young children.
