New house, decorated by a designer, fully equipped, has 3 bedrooms with full bathroom each, TV room, living room, dining room, kitchen, patio with barbecue and outdoor table, washer and dryer. It is also a new, safe area, close to HEB, and commercial stores. Other things to note No loud events that might disturb the neighbors are allowed. If there are more guests than expected, there will be an extra charge of $1,500.00 MXN per night. Guest services are available from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM every day of the week. Basic items will only be provided upon arrival. Once they have been used up, no additional items will be provided, nor will they be provided of a specific brand.
