Visit us in our newly renovated vacation home on the over 1000 m² property with directly adjacent stream, covered balcony and large garden area! The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. Our small retreat has been completely renovated and newly furnished inside and out. Take a break and recharge your batteries with cozy evenings by the fireplace :-) The space The vacation home is ideal for 2 people. On request, a sofa bed in the living room offers a sleeping option for 2 more people, but it is only suitable to a limited extent for two adults. The outdoor area can be accessed via a wrap-around covered balcony, with beautiful views of the stream and the surrounding nature. Start the day with fresh rolls from the nearby bakery, relax on the furnished terrace or enjoy the barbecue area overlooking nature and the babbling brook. Guest access A car parking space is located about 150 meters from the house. The property is within walking distance from there. A short-term stop directly at the house for loading and unloading is possible. The property is located on a slope and is accessible only via stairs (not barrier-free). Other things to note The well-being of our guests and a pleasant stay is very important to us – therefore we ask that you observe our house rules. This helps us to create a pleasant vacation experience for everyone involved: To avoid fire hazard and damage to the property, smoking is not permitted in the vacation home. The balcony and the outdoor area may be used by smokers, provided that the cigarette butts are properly collected and disposed of. We ask all guests to leave the vacation home swept clean in a clean and tidy condition. Please clean the dishes and cutlery in the dishwasher after use. Garbage should be disposed of in the containers provided (residual waste, recyclables, paper). We ask you to dispose of used glass in the containers provided in the districts. Out of consideration for our neighbors and residents of the nearby village, loud noise should be avoided, especially in the evening and night hours. Our vacation home is not designed for celebrations with a larger number of people. Parties are therefore generally not allowed. When listening to loud music, the doors and windows should remain closed. Pets are not allowed unfortunately.
