Each room has its own shower room/toilet/sink. 1 living room with open and well-equipped kitchen. French window overlooking the terrace by 1 walkway + 3 steps. Terrace in the greenery equipped with BBQ, 1 table + 5 chairs, 1 round table + 3 chairs, 2 deckchairs, 1 bench, 1 parasol. Path leading to the parking lot. Socket for charging electric vehicles, with meter for billing per kWh (45cts/kWh) Secure parking for car and/or truck. Guest access You have access to the entire Moulin des Rathes estate, the 6 Ha park includes 1 wood, paths, 1 orchard, 1 rose garden, a pond, the Armançon river over 1 km and of course, the 6x12 m heated swimming pool from May to September... Your terrace is in the greenery, to the south, with a large parasol to shade you if necessary. The site with river and pond with steep surroundings requires the supervision of children who remain under the responsibility of parents. Other things to note We cannot accommodate your pets, so as not to disturb the hosts of the second cottage on the property. Sorry.
