The space Spanning an impressive 4,212 sq. ft., this dual-home retreat offers the best of both worlds—Hawk’s Haven, a stunning 7-bedroom lakefront home, and Lucky Duck Cottage, a charming and recently remodeled 3-bedroom getaway just across the street. Whether you're planning a multi-family gathering, a reunion with friends, or a peaceful retreat, this combination provides ample space, comfort, and entertainment for up to 22 guests. - Hawk’s Haven boasts breathtaking lake views through floor-to-ceiling windows, a private sandy swimming area with a dock and canoe, and a spacious yard perfect for lawn games and fireside chats. Inside, the great room features a full kitchen with island seating, a 55” HD TV lounge, a breakfast/gaming table, and a large dining table fit for the whole group. The recreation room is packed with entertainment—pool, air hockey, foosball, and an additional 55” TV with cozy leather seating. Step outside to enjoy the lake-facing deck, screened porch with a ceiling fan, and a gas grill for summer cookouts. - Lucky Duck Cottage offers a cozy, open-concept layout with 3 queen bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and a sunlit living space with picture windows overlooking the backyard. Relax with a classic movie on one of the 43” or 55” HD TVs, challenge your group to a board game, or unwind in the outdoor hot tub. The back deck features a fire table, a gas grill, and a patio dining set—perfect for enjoying meals al fresco. Together, these homes create the ultimate vacation experience, offering lakefront relaxation, backyard fun, and plenty of space to make lasting memories. Whether you're soaking in the hot tub, playing a game of pool, or watching the sunset over Upper Scott Lake, this is the perfect spot for your next getaway! Guest access Guests will have full access to both of our entire homes with their decks, yards, driveways & parking areas, private swimming area and the 2 private docks with 2 canoes. Our hot tub at Lucky Duck Cottage (one hot tub only) is always available, even in the colder months. - Use of our canoe is free with each of the 2 homes (2 total canoes). - We also offer kayak rental, by the day ($25/day) or week; reservation & pre-payment are required; a $100 minimum rental applies. - Local boat rental options may be available--just ask for details. The public boat launch for Upper Scott Lake is just down the street from our home. Note: Our docks, watercraft, gas grills & outdoor dining furniture are not available Oct 25-Apr 15. Our Lucky Duck Cottage hot tub is always available, even in the winter. Note: If Hawk's Haven has already been reserved, we reserve the right to substitute one of our identical, neighboring 7-bedroom/4-bathroom homes that lie on either side of Hawk's Haven. These include: Sunset Shores Lake House, Swan Shores, Heron's Landing, and Eagle's Nest. All 5 homes are equal in amenities, and have identical layouts, amenities, and pricing. Other things to note - Wi-Fi internet is provided by AT&T, but they only offer limited speeds best suited to web browsing & checking email. More than a few connected devices at a time will cause lag. We provide satellite TV & DVD players for all our homes since video streaming is not an option. - Kindly refrain from sticking anything to our walls or using tinsel, glitter, confetti, feathers, etc. during your stay. - We don’t offer electric vehicle (EV) charging on-site. Attempting to charge an EV here damages our electrical system, any violations will incur a $400.00 fee plus any repair costs. Thank you for helping us keep things running smoothly! - Our 22-guest limit includes 18-20 adults max due to the 7th bedroom of every 7-bedroom/4-bathroom home is outfitted with 2 twin bunk bed sets intended for kids. All guests over age 2 count in your total.
