With only one neighbor and over 220' of frontage you will find the space you want. Relax by the amazing firepit, on the dock loungers, take a kayak or pedalboat ride, your choice. Plenty of dock space for your toys. The home includes Smart TV in each bedroom, living room stereo system, & fully furnished kitchen. New 2026, AC The space Welcome to your up north home. Enjoy the amenities of a fully updated home with the privacy with only one visible home. Central Air Conditioning is new in 2026 170' Lake Dock for lake access, 24’ Shoreline Canal Dock Fish Cleaning station, and 8 foot fishing dock. Cleats and Bumpers provided on docks. (May-October). 3 bedrooms with closets and hangers in each. Sofa bed in living room. Bedrooms have blackout blinds for privacy and better sleep. All bedrooms have smart televisions. Living room has electric fireplace and many games in cabinet. Kitchen is fully furnished. 65" Flat Screen Smart TV in Living Room, Smart TV's also in all bedrooms. Bose stereo system and fireplace has Bluetooth connectivity to play your music. Deck has rocking chairs, large table with umbrella and propane grill for guest use. Yard is open and grass with plenty of room for yard games. Garden shed comes supplied with some lawn chairs, cornhole, kids picnic table, and more. Kayaks and pedal boat included with rental. (Seasonal) Fully equipped kitchen with New appliances in kitchen. End of dock provides great swimming and lounging area Fishing off of both docks and along canal is very good. Cleaning station located on canal dock. Beautiful Downtown Alpena 20 minute drive away. Want Lake Huron time? Wander Thompson state park or put your boat in at rockport state park. Lighthouses are only 20 minutes from the house. Beautiful to see and tour Lake is very quiet near home with occasional fishing boats and kayaks. Snowmobile trails short distance away. Hosts are very reachable with answers to questions or recommendations Dodge marina offers boat rentals and on lake fuel. (Closed Sundays) Trailer parking onsite. Open year round. Guest access Full home for guest use. Garage and boathouse not for guest use. Tritoon and Jetskis not for guest use. Other things to note Additional cleanings during stay can be offered upon request. Stays over 18 Days require light cleaning 1/2 way through stay (50$ Fee to be charged after reservaton completion). Trailer parking available during stay. Docks for guest use.
