Guest access Guests have entire access to home and yard. Driveway access as well as space in yard to park extra vehicles, boat or RV. When first entering the street, you will pass through a small housing complex before entering this private drive. Please respect the speed limit is 5ph; the road is a little beaten up and there are some families in the neighborhood. Other things to note Guests may store bikes, kayaks, etc. safely in the fenced back yard by accessing the wood side gate from inside the backyard. All guests must be disclosed and paid for at time of booking. Only the number of guests specified at booking are approved for overnight stays. No parties or gatherings may take place without being approved either prior to booking or permission granted by host after booking. If there are unapproved gatherings or guests, the booking is subject to be cancelled or charged double the extra amount for each unapproved guest.
