Off the entrace you have both a modern farmhouse table and oversized island for cooking/mingling with an 75 inch tv for entertaining. The kitchen has everything you need including a coffee maker, Vitamix blender for healthy shakes or for some drinks by the pool, and pots/pans for your cooking needs. The primary suite has a Queen size bed, large dresser, closet space and a 50" TV w/streaming services. The master bedroom offers a dual vanity with a walk-in shower. Guest Bedroom #1 offers a King size bed with a large dresser, closet space, and bench for unpacking. Guest Bedroom #2 offers built in full-sized bunk beds, perfect for those traveling with friends or family. This room also provides a 50" TV w/streaming services and closet space. The family room includes a massive sectional and large coffee table, perfect for cozying up for a movie/game night. Board games are included underneath the coffee table! This room provides a 65" TV w/streaming services (Disney+, Hulu, Netflix). The washer/dryer can be found just off the family room. Laundry supplies are provided for guests to use if needed. EXTERIOR Off the kitchen, there are patio doors that open up to your Outdoor Paradise that includes a pool, large patio for outdoor dining/entertaining, and a fire-pit to cozy up outside and make some s'mores! The entire outdoor area is fenced in providing all the privacy you need to enjoy time with your family and friends. Guest access Parking- The home is easily accessible with a long, private driveway that has a turnaround for extra parking or ease when entering and leaving the property. Enough space to comfortably fit 4-5 cars. Lockbox Entry: Guests will be sent a code for entry for easy access prior to arrival.
