Anything over 2 requires host’s approval. PARTY/EVENT: We have a zero tolerance to any party/events. PROTECTION: We have a camera above the front door in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave immediately. REFUNDS: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things beyond our control. STARTER KIT: We provide start up supplies like paper towels and toilet paper. You may need to purchase more if you’re booking an extended stay. LATE CHECKOUT or EARLY CHECK-IN: There will be a $50 charge per event. CLEANING: Our home is disinfected, sanitized, and cleaned to the highest standard after each checkout.
