Very privately situated in the Coosawattee River Resort, this cabin would be an excellent getaway for a romantic weekend getaway, a retreat for the small family of 3 or 4 or for 2 couples looking to get away to enjoy some of what the beautiful North Georgia Mountains has to offer! Only minutes from downtown Ellijay where unique shopping, excellent coffee shops,, and delicious dining choices await you. There is even a Cigar Lounge if that interests you! You are also only miunutes from many attractions, wineries, apple houses, tubing and white water rafting, hiking, biking, etc. And bring your fur baby, Owl's Roost is dog friendly! *King Master with private bath w/custom tile walk in shower & 40" Smart TV w/HULU/ESPN & Elect. Fireplace (fireplace season 10-1 thru 4-30 only) *Queen Bedroom with 40" Smart TV *Full Bath with tub/shower combo *Living Area with 55" Smart TV w/HULU/ESPN *Fully Equipped Kitchen *Covered back porch with dining area an seating area *Wood Stove (fireplace season 10-1 thru 4-30 only) *Gas Grill (propane provided) (not Blackstone griddle as shown) *Hot Tub located on covered porch *Firepit (wood not provided) *Dog Friendly (2 up to 50 lbs) *Keurig/Drip Combo Coffee Maker (coffee/filters not provided) MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE FOR RENTERS AND GUESTS (UNLESS ACCOMPANIED FOR A PARENT/GUARDIAN) Other things to note This property is located in the Coosawattee River Resort which means you are able to utilize the amenities of the resort including the Rec Center with indoor olympic size heated pool, exercise room, arcade room, tennis courts, basket ball courts, putt putt golf, picnic areas at various parks within the resort and the 3 outdoor swimming pools (during summer season) at no additional cost to you for authorized groups up to 8 people. Please note, it is out of control should one or any of these amenities not be available during your stay and there should be no expectation of any refunds should this occur. None of our properties are within walking distance to the resort and depending on location, could be a 2 minute to 15 minute drive. Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, Dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dust pan, mop, cable or satellite TV, internet, telephone for local calls and propane grill. In addition we provide a complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue (2 rolls per bathroom), Paper Towels, (1 roll), Garbage Bags (2-3 bags) , Dishwasher Detergent (1-2 loads) Laundry Detergent (1 load), and Dish Washing Soap (mini bottle). Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items. The only items you`ll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments. To avoid getting lost, we highly recommend you DO NOT use GPS or internet mapping once you arrive in town. **Minimum age requirement to book a cabin is 25** Guests must adhere to the terms and conditions as specified by Mountain Oasis Cabin Rentals which can be viewed on our website. MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE FOR RENTERS AND GUESTS (UNLESS ACCOMPANIED FOR A PARENT/GUARDIAN) DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO THE CABIN ARE E-MAILED TO YOU 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL IF YOUR RESERVATION HAS BEEN UPDATED WITH YOUR GUEST LIST AND DRIVER'S LICENSE. AS WELL AS THE E-SIGN RENTAL AGREEMENT. Please respond no later than 7 days prior to check in. Additional fees may apply if you choose to send in later than the 7 days.
