The 150-year-old two-storey row cottage has been largely demolished and rebuilt to the highest standards. In every room you'll find plenty of light, storage and music (there are speakers in everyroom!) On the ground floor you will find: - Study/Music/3rd Bed…where you can shut the door and have some privacy. - Powder Room > Fully stocked Chef's Kitchen with beautiful marble bench and island tops, a double door fridge with filtered cold water and every appliance and utensil under the sun. > Dining Area with loads of crockery, cuttlery and glassware for every type of drink! > Living Area with TV that can tilt in any direction & surround soundbar. You can stream anything on here from your phone. Netflix, Kayo Sports, Binge & Spotify are provided. > A jungle-like backyard that seamlessly integrates into the house via the fully operable French Doors. Upstairs you'll find: Front bedroom sitting in the treetops overlooking the street Rear bedroom with views of the CBD Luxury Bathroom with Shower & Bath Plenty of storage throughout. I love living here. I hope you'll love visiting too. Guest access The entire house including the pantry is available for your use, except for selected cupboards in the bedrooms and bathroom. Other things to note The house is two-storey with stairs. The first-floor bathroom shower is a step-in bath. There is NO GRAB BAR. There is a powder room on the ground floor. There is split system A/C + heating on the ground floor only. The first-floor bedrooms have ceiling fans in both rooms. For $50/night we can accommodate a third bed: the super comfy divan in the private ground floor study or a blow-up mattress in one of the bedrooms. We have loads of bedding. Please note that this is a dog-friendly house. While every effort is made to keep the house sparkling clean for your arrival, apologies in advance if you find a little doggie hair or two! If you are travelling with kids, I can supply a cot and other little people stuff on request.
