To book ONE room for a single or couple select 1 or 2 guests ($99/night) To book TWO rooms - select 3 guests and the second room rate is added ($175/night) A single/couple can rent 1 room. 2 rooms are available for 2 (max) friends, work colleagues or if you are travelling with a relative. Both rooms have aircon and their own bathrooms The downstairs bedroom (1 ) has a queen bed The upstairs bedroom (2) has a double bed The space This is a spacious quiet five room house with 2 living areas, contemporary kitchen, bar, outdoor deck, pool and extensive gardens. Free wi-fi & Netflix on a 65" smart TV. There are two guest bedrooms (bedroom 1 downstairs and bedroom 2 upstairs). There is also a downstairs utility / storage room for your luggage and also a private library. Self serve breakfast is included - cereal, toast & condiments, fruit, juice, tea or coffee. There is a Breville barista espress coffee machine to make REAL coffee ☕
