It is fully-furnished with a private balcony and garden in a quiet neighborhood away from the crowds – the perfect place for kids to play and enjoy nature! The space It can easily accommodate 1-5 persons with one double bed in the bedroom and, in the living room, a three-seater sofa that can turn into a bed and an extra sigle bed. Bed linens and towels are provided. It has also a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with hot water 24 hours a day and a storage room with washing mashine. It is air-conditioned and with free Wi-Fi. Smart tv provided with access to Netflix. There is a private terrace with a dinning table for 4 people. Free parking for two vehicles is provided within the property. Grill in the yard to spend beautiful moments. Guest access Gaia Cottage is in the center of various wonderful beaches, famous vineyard and historical monuments. In less than 200m you can find a mini market, and a bus stop to Thessaloniki or beaches. If you feel like walking, in 600m you are in the center of Epanomi, where youhave access to restaurants/ coffe ships/ pharmacy/ ATM etc. The apartment is 2.7km away from the main area beach of Epanomi and 3.2 km away from the beach of Paliouras, where you can go swimming and relax at its many beach bars. Potamos, the most famous organized beach is 5.5 km away and there you can swim in the clear blue waters. Blue flag beaches. From Potamos, walking a little further along the beach, youcan reach a beautiful beach called "Myti" with its well-know Shipwreck. In 4km distance, from the the cottage, visitors can admire the wetland with marvellous flamingos! In 2.7 km you can visit the well-known Ktima Gerovassiliou, a vineyard decorated with unique sculptures and with a winery where you can enjoy the scenery drinking local wine! In 30 minutes by car you can get to the historical city center of Thessaloniki. Furthermore, easily reachable from Epanomi is Chalkidiki with its magnificent beaches. Specifacally, 40 km to Nea Moudania and 50 km to Sani Resort. Keep in mind, that Thessaloniki International Airport is 17 km away. We are just waiting for you! Just let yourself be our guest!
