You will find a large, well equipped kitchen, wonderful dining area, laundry and half bath upon entering the first floor. Out front is a high top table to enjoy your morning coffee or your evening meal. Upstairs is a spacious Living room, 3 comfy bedrooms & a full bath. You can relax out back in the spacious yard, enjoy nature, kick your shoes off (no pesticides here😁)& feel like a kid again while playing yard games. The entire home and spacious front and rear yard. You can reach out to us as we want our guests to feel at home. Aberdeen is situated on 3/4 peaceful acres on a very lightly traveled road. You will enjoy sitting out front with your favorite beverage taking in the quiet surroundings, as the horses graze, which is a wonderful way to start or end your day. This home is located in a safe & quiet neighborhood as the surrounding homes are all full time residents in this amazing, friendly community. Room for 3 cars. You will find that Aberdeen is centrally located to so many wonderful places to visit whether in Hershey or beautiful Lancaster County. Very easy access to route 283. We love our neighbors and their young ones so PLEASE be aware of your behavior and language while outside. Please do not submit a request to stay at Aberdeen if you have an issue with this request. The fire extinguisher, ironing board and iron are located in the small closet next to the first floor laundry room.
