We are an accommodation unit accredited by the Ministry of Tourism and classified at 3 stars, so you are in good hands! You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, located on the 1st floor of a 4-storey building. The apartment has a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom, being suitable for a maximum of 4 people. It is equipped with blackout curtains for a restful sleep. Please be aware that in the apartment there may be personal belongings of the host. The space During your stay, you will benefit from the entire apartment, in private, without sharing it with other people or the host. The space is exclusively for your group, ensuring full privacy and freedom. The apartment has an area of 90 sqm, it is situated on the 1st floor of a quiet 4-storey building and is ideal for families, couples or small groups on vacation or working visit in Deva. The home includes: two bright and airy bedrooms, a spacious living room, equipped with a sofa and television, a fully equipped bathroom and a practical kitchen, equipped with everything you need for light meals or family dinners. The maximum capacity is 4 people, and all rooms are thoughtfully arranged to offer you a relaxing environment. The apartment is part of a personal property – David Accommodation – which was, until recently, the home of a young man away studying in the Netherlands. Being a real home, previously used, you may notice some of the host's personal items, carefully kept. This does not affect the comfort of the guests, however we ask that you keep a respectful attitude towards the space. The bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains and/or outside rollers so you can easily control the light level – whether you want complete darkness for a restful sleep or abundant natural light for an energetic start of the day. Guest access The access to the apartment is with the key, which you will find in the lockbox or if you are not comfortable with this procedure, the host can wait for you in front of the building, but you will have to request this aspect in advance. You will receive all the necessary information, accompanied by photos, for the self check-in, on the day of your arrival. You only have to check your messages! Other things to note The whole apartment will be used for a single group of guests, the maximum capacity allowed by the host is 4 people.
