We are an accommodation unit accredited by the Ministry of Tourism and classified at 3 stars, so you are in good hands! You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, located on the 1st floor of a 4-storey building. The apartment has a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom, being suitable for a maximum of 4 people. It is equipped with blackout curtains for a restful sleep. Please note that there may be personal belongings of the host in the apartment. The space During your stay, you will benefit from the entire apartment, privately, without sharing it with other people or the host. The space is intended exclusively for your group, ensuring privacy and complete freedom. The apartment has an area of 90 sqm, is located on the 1st floor of a quiet building with 4 floors and is ideal for families, couples or small groups on vacation or on a business visit in Deva. The home includes: two bright and airy bedrooms, a spacious living room, equipped with a sofa and TV, a fully equipped bathroom and a practical kitchen, equipped with everything you need for light meals or family dinners. The maximum capacity is 4 people, and all rooms are carefully arranged to provide you with a relaxing atmosphere. The apartment is part of a personal property – David Accommodation – which was, until recently, the home of a young man who went to study in the Netherlands. As a real, previously used home, you may notice some of the host's personal belongings, carefully kept. This does not affect the comfort of the guests, but please keep a respectful attitude towards the space. The bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains and/or external blinds, so you can easily control the level of light – whether you want complete darkness for a restful sleep or plenty of natural light for an energetic start to the day. Guest access Access to the apartment is with the key, which you will find in the secure box or if you do not feel comfortable with this procedure, the host can wait for you in front of the building, but you will have to request this in advance. You will receive all the necessary information, accompanied by photos, for the independent check-in, on the day of your arrival. Just check your messages! Other things to note The entire apartment will be used for a single group of guests, the maximum capacity allowed by the host is 4 people.
