This spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bath home offers family and friends access to year-round adventure. Whip up a home-cooked meal with our fully stocked kitchen and outdoor grill. Enjoy the Fraser River trail, restaurants, breweries, distillery, grocery & liquor stores in nearby Fraser, CO. This spacious home has everything you need for comfortable stay, updated finishes, tasteful furniture and modern electronics. The house includes a spacious dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living area that provides ample room for your group to lounge. Its warm, upgraded finishes and cozy furnishings provide a creative, homey touch to this mountain retreat. Once inside, you’ll be ready to relax and enjoy your favorite shows on the TV in the main area. The kitchen has all you need for cooking and baking, including all the utensils and full-size appliances. Sleeping arrangements: Master bedroom features a king size bed. 2nd bedroom features 1 bunk bed with twin on top and bottom, 1 bunk bed with twin on double and full on bottom. 3rd bedroom features a queen size bed. 4th bedroom features a king size bed. 5th bedroom features 2 bunk beds, each with twin on top and full on bottom. Guests will have access to everything that our home has to offer! The kitchen, living spaces; sleeping areas and balcony are available for your full use. Long-term tenants occupy the ground floor, while guests will have access to the completely separate upper two floors. Our home is stocked with all your household essentials, high-quality sheets and towels, and an ample supply of laundry detergent, trash bags, dish soap, tissues, etc. Grand County is located in the heart of the Rockies and as a whole is a gem. It has a friendly, local atmosphere and plenty to explore. During the summer season, there are music, art, and food festivals aplenty. Come winter we are host to world-renowned skiing and other outdoor snowy activities like snowmobiling, tubing, snowshoeing, and dog sled rides to name a few. Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. No smoking indoors; please use designated outdoor areas. Respectful Behavior: Be considerate of neighbors and their property. No parties or large gatherings allowed. Quiet Hours: From 8:00 pm to 9:00 am, keep noise levels down. Weather and Road Conditions: No refunds for storms or bad weather.
