Welcome to my cosy 2 room apartment, perfect to enjoy a peaceful stay as a couple. Very luminous all day long, with an unobstructed typical Parisian view. Kitchen is all equipped if you wish to cook, otherwise the neighborhood is quite lively. The bedroom is calm with a comfy 140 cm-large bed. The bathroom has been redone beginning of 2019. This apartment can be rented long-term through mobility lease (check out the second housing option on my profile) The space The apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator, but I guarantee you that it is worth the climb! The apartment has: - 1 living room with a large sofa, TV and an open kitchen - 1 bedroom with a 140cm size bed and place to store your clothes - 1 bathroom with large shower, WC and sink. You will enjoy unlimited hot water as I have installed an instant-heating system (I will show you how to make it work). Guest access You will have access to the whole apartment, just for yourself.
