Located in a quiet cul-de-sac and within easy walking distance of the town centre this delightful, self contained annexe with off road parking is the perfect base for exploring North Devon. Beautiful sandy beaches and the coastal towns of Ilfracombe, Lynton & Lynmouth are all within a few miles of Barnstaple whilst Exmoor and Dartmoor provide stunning scenery for a memorable day out. This accommodation is also ideal for those temporarily working in the area or visiting family or friends. The space Firscott is an annexe semi detached to our bungalow. There is an open plan living space, one bedroom and an en-suite shower room. The large, comfortable bed can be set up as two 3' singles on request. The sofa in the lounge is a small double sofa bed suitable for a child or small adult. There is a good supply of kitchen utensils, pots & pans, crockery, cutlery and glasses. Should you need something we haven't supplied just ask and we'll do our best to get it for you. Guest access The annexe is fully self contained with separate access. There are a few steps (one or two a little steep) throughout the garden that lead up to the property but the apartment itself is on the ground floor. The whole, quite small, garden is available to guests, as is the washing line, and there is a designated area with table and chairs for their use. Other things to note A welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, sugar and biscuits is provided along with a few breakfast items. Smoking or vaping is not allowed in the annexe. We do not accept children under 7 years old.
