The space Clean, bright and modern 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment with fully equipped kitchen, queen bed with hotel quality linens, spacious bathroom and in unit laundry. The massive deck is for your exclusive use, complete with Adirondack chairs, firepit, umbrellas, a dining set and crystal clean hot tub. Guest access Guest will have ample parking and a separate entrance to their unit. They may wander the entire 5 acre property to enjoy the forest and manicured yard. They may even get to hang out with the resident Golden Retriever "Danny" on his daily playtime. He loves belly rubs and playing fetch. The upper covered patio is reserved for the owners. But we love getting to know new people and are always happy to share a refreshment when we are around. Your safety and security is my top priority. Each guests is issued a unique door code that is activated upon check in and deactivated at your checkout time. Other things to note HOT TUB is CLOSED after 11pm. Due to owners quarters above we ask that quiet hours are observed 11pm to 6am. No Smoking on the property- this is our primary home and we prefer it to be smoke free No Animals- if you have a service animal, please disclose this so we may go over instructions with you
