The house is in a quiet location, in the middle of the mountains and it is only 2 minutes walk to the Rifenalbahn (Venet ski resort). The fascinating mountains promise carefree holidays for those seeking relaxation. The space The newly built apartment with separate entrance (60 m²) consists of a wind porch with wardrobe, a large kitchen-living room (fridge, stove, dishwasher, Nespresso) with sofa bed, a rustic pine room with king-size bed and a bathroom (walk-in shower). Starting point for sporting activities in summer: hiking, swimming in outdoor pools or lakes, cycling in the Inn Valley, mountain biking, climbing, paragliding starting at Venet, fishing. In winter, the well-known ski resorts (St. Anton, Ischgl, Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis, Nauders-Reschen, Kaunertaler and Pitztaler glaciers) can be reached in 30-40 minutes by car. Snowshoeing, ice skating, tobogganing and cross-country skiing (40 min) are also nearby. Other things to note INFORMATION FOR GUESTS Dear Guest, We warmly welcome you to our apartment and hope that you will have a relaxing vacation here. The local tax is €2.80 per person per day (children up to 14 years free) and is charged extra on site at check-in. You will receive a TirolWest Card for your stay (included from 1 day), which offers discounts in the Venet ski area and free benefits (rides on public buses within the region, admission to museums or the Zammer Lochputz). 1. Inventory and damage We ask you to handle our inventory with care and to only place clean and dry dishes in the cupboards. Damage to furniture and furnishings occurs and can often be easily repaired. Please inform us immediately of any damage incurred. As a rule, tenants and fellow travelers are liable for these and are responsible for a corresponding replacement or reimbursement. For minor damage, such as broken dishes, this is usually not necessary. Please do not place hot pots and other hot items on the tables or countertop without a coaster. Always use a cutting board as a base for cutting. Please leave the inside of the oven and microwave oven clean. 2. Volume and quiet hours Please respect our neighborhood and keep the volume down in the apartment, especially when it comes to the volume of music or TV. The general quiet hours start at 10:00 pm. 3. Visitors Your visitors are always welcome in our apartment for short periods of time. However, it is not permitted to have unregistered guests stay overnight in the apartment. If the number of guests changes, please let us know in good time so that we can prepare the apartment accordingly. 4. Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our apartment. Please only use the outside area of our apartment for smoking, with the ashtray! 5. Pets Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our apartment because we want to accommodate future guests with allergies! 6. Safety and valuables Always close all windows and the front door before leaving the apartment. If you don't, you'll quickly find that the local cat population will join your stay! A tilted window or door means that the apartment was not locked correctly. Be sure to turn off the electronic devices. We do not assume any liability for the loss of valuables during your stay. 7. Waste separation We ask You to separate your household waste in the existing containers in the apartment. 8. Cleaning The thorough final cleaning of the apartment is carried out as agreed after your departure by our cleaning service. However, we ask that you remove larger stains in advance and leave the apartment swept clean upon departure. To avoid mold formation, I ask you to ventilate the rooms sufficiently, at least 1x ventilation per day for 5-10 minutes and especially after showering. I ask that you only return dishes, cutlery, pots and appliances to where they were originally in a CLEAN condition. Before departure, empty the fridge and freezer and clear out and dispose of your own leftover food. 9. Arrival and departure The apartment can be occupied from 3 pm on your day of arrival. Departure is after acceptance of the apartment and return of the keys by 10 am. Parking is available on the premises for your car. However, I ask you to keep the garage entrance clear at all times. 10. Keys We will provide you with a house key and ask you to handle it with care. If you lose a key, please let us know immediately. In the event of repairs that are necessary immediately, it may be essential that we enter the apartment without prior notice. 11. Environment We care about the environment, and hopefully you do too. Therefore, please turn off the lights and all technical devices when they are not needed. Saving water also helps nature. Thank you. 12.
