Welcome to the Foothills! The new condo building is located in the heart of Branson, just minutes from Branson's famous HWY 76 strip! The location is wonderful for all the fun Branson adventures that you will want to experience! Once inside the condo you will feel right at home with the high end furniture pieces, clean new building, and stocked cabinets! The space There is a full set of stairs up to the front door of the condo. But then once inside, everything is on the same level! MAIN LEVEL - Living room - Balcony - Kitchen and dining - Washer and dryer - Bedroom 1 with KING BED and attached bathroom - Bedroom 2 with TWO QUEEN BEDS and attached bathroom - Bedroom 3 with TWO TWIN BEDS and hallway bathroom Guest access The entire condo will be yours! You will also have access to the resort's amenities, which include an indoor pool and an outdoor pool! The outdoor pool is only open seasonally, Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend, but both pools are just two parking lots over, so within walking distance! Also there's a sauna in the clubhouse! Other things to note CANNABIS AND ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE POLICY: Usage of cannabis (marijuana) and any other federally prohibited drug is not allowed on or near the home, property, or premises. Further, any / all guest(s) may not engage in any illegal drug-related activity, including but not limited to recreational or medical cannabis on or near the home, property, or premises. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the stay if any guest(s) engage in such activities. If this policy is violated, the guest who booked the stay acknowledges and agrees he or she is subject to an immediate fine of $1000 USD, along with any property damages, and eviction. Guests forfeits their stay and will not be permitted to return to the property if there is any evidence of cannabis use on the premises.
