The lower level has a wet bar, along with access to one of the two levels of decking, along with a fenced in back yard. Step outside and enjoy a cozy fire in the fire pit, or cook your feast on the BBQ grill. The water front is a few steps away where multiple kayaks and canoe are available for your use through near by Gilbert park. The all -sport lake is 2900 acres with 5 islands to explore- boating, swimming, canoeing, kayaking, tubing, and amazing walleye fishing. In the non summer months, this home is close to skiing, ice fishing(right outside your door.), cross country skiing, winery’s, hiking, horseback riding, sight seeing, concerts and amazing restaurants. Eight minutes to Fresh Coast market and famous Moomers Ice Cream, 9 minutes to Interlochen summer concerts, 17 minutes to downtown Traverse City, and only 22 minutes to Lake Michigan beaches.
