Guest access Guest will have access to the entire unit which includes: - Open plan living, dining and kitchen opening out onto an enormous balcony overlooking the ocean - Bedroom with king bed, second TV, robes etc - Laundry alcove with washing machine, dryer, ironing equipment - Dedicated work space - Underground parking accessed from Hibiscus Avenue. Self check-in with conveniently located keybox allows guests to arrive and depart at their convenience. Details will be sent to you on the day of check-in. Guests have access to the restaurants and facilities within the Oaks Resort and Spa including the pools and gym. Being privately managed, Oaks Reception is not responsible for the accommodation. Resort swimming pools have recently reopened following extensive renovation. Other things to note Coffee Pods - A Nespresso Vertuo Next coffee pod machine is provided for your use. Some complimentary coffee pods will be provided. Additional coffee pods are available by prior arrangement with the host for a cost of $15 for 5 pods, subject to availability. Please note that the pods are not readily available for purchase in Hervey Bay. Access cards - Two access cards will be provided. An access card or other credit card sized card is needed to activate the fans, lights and air conditioning (the slot is next to the front door). For your comfort, on hot days, one of the access cards may be in the slot next to the front door in order to activate the fans. Storm damage - You may notice a little paint is rippling on walls of the bathroom and there are some tiny spots, the result of the cyclone damage in 2025 when the unit on the floor above flooded. It’s just cosmetic and won’t cause you any problems as we’re waiting for the insurance and maintenance people to sort out!
