Sea view house 300 meters from the beach!

Stay 300 meters from one of the most beautiful beaches in Sarzeau. Access to the sea is via a private path: only residents have access to this part of the beach. This is our weekend and vacation home, so you will find all the comforts you need for an enjoyable stay. Enjoy the magnificent sea view from every room of the house and the terrace/garden. Available on GDC as well. ⚠️ In July and August, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday! The space On the ground floor, the house consists of a living room with an open kitchen of 32 m², a bathroom and a separate toilet. The house has a Wi-Fi box as well as a TV. The living room sofa is a comfortable convertible (140 cm mattress) in which one or two people can sleep. From the ground floor, you will have access to a terrace and a 150 m² garden from which you can enjoy the 180° sea view. The garden serves a common plot of nearly 500 m² on which children can play freely and safely. Upstairs you will find a 15 m² bedroom with a 180 cm bed whose bed bases can be separated to form two 90 cm single beds, a 14 m² bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a toilet. Both bedrooms have a magnificent sea view. Sheets, bath towels and tea towels are included in the rental price. You can also use condiments such as oil, salt and vinegar.
