It is only minutes walking distance from Putra KTM,PTWC LRT, Putra World Trade Center (PWTC) and Sunway Putra Shopping Mall and has Short driving distance to KL city center . The space The apartment is an approximately 950 sqft Three bed room unit, equipped with 3 Queen size bed, and high-quality floor mattress for extra persons.comfortable sofa sitting in the living hall. Plus, all bedrooms & living hall have sheer & black-out curtains to ensure your well-deserved night rest. This apartment can accommodates up to 15 persons comfortably and it is ideally cater for a family. The apartment is also equipped with a modern kitchen with a full set utensil for simple cooking. A clean and modern private bathroom is also in the apartment. You will have the whole apartment for yourselves without other guests in the apartment.. We can help you to rent a parking card at RM20 per day (from 3PM on check in day to 11AM on check out day). Discounted rate is available for long rental. Please advise early for better arrangement. We will be paying resident here to reserve your parking lot if you choose the 2nd option. Please note that parking fees are NOT REFUNDABLE once reserved. House Rules: ❀❀ Our standard check-in time is 3 PM and check-out time is 11 AM. Please update us in advance if you have any request. ❀❀ ★ Extra Guest Fee: MYR35 per guest per night. Auto-calculated with correct number of guests upon booking confirmation. Visitors are not allowed . ★ Late Check-out Fee: 50% of normal rate will be charged if check out before 1PM 70% of normal rate will be charged before 5PM 100% of normal rate will be charged after 5PM ★ STRICTLY NO illegal activities are allowed in the apartment. Necessary actions will be taken and booking cancellation without refund. ★ Unacknowledged Parties & Events Penalty: MYR300 ★ Smoking Penalty: MYR300 ★ Lost Card or Key Penalty: MYR300 ★ Unexpected Extra Cleaning Penalty: MYR300 ★ Pets are strictly not allowed. Penalty applies for extra cleaning or damages. ★ Item Damaged: We will send replacement to you at the earliest once reported. Charges applies based on the condition of the item. ★ Item Missing: Charges applied based on the value of the item. ★ Building Quiet Hours: 10PM to 8AM ★ Turn off all electric appliances when are not in used (except WiFi devices and fridge) ★ Let the furniture stay where they belong. DO NOT rearrange the furniture for any purpose. ★ Take the garbage out when it's full, throw the garbage bag into garbage room on the same floor, and clean the dishes after using them. ★ Lost and Found: Keep up to 30 days only.
