Absolute tranquility guaranteed, overlooking the castle of Ronsard, the region offers you multiple treasures to occupy your days: visit the castles of the Loire, visit the cellars and independent winemakers, stroll to the charter on the loir (shopping town), bathe in the lake of Marçon or the municipal pool of the Chartre on the loir (summer only), bike rides (2 adult bicycles, 2 children). The town where our home is located will open a bakery this summer (2023). Fiber will allow you to enjoy multimedia and/or work remotely. The outbuilding of this house is rented year-round but both properties have its own entrance, its own garden. Finally, the greenway will allow you to stroll away as a family away from cars thanks to this former railway line transformed into a 35 km bike path. Want to run? A dirt track away from cars is accessible 200m towards the Chartre on the Loir. Other things to note New! The bakery / grocery store in the center just opened in January 2024.
