Villa Serena is a "magical" place. It was built in the early 1900s for a famous tenor, Guido Vaccari. Later, in 1933, it was purchased by our family and since then, for generations, it has been a place of happy holidays that we all remember with joyful thoughts and "indelible" anecdotes We hope you too can experience that "magic" The space Thanks to Villa Serena's central location, the whole group will enjoy easy access to everything. Adjacent to the beach where you will find umbrellas that you can book in our name and at advantageous prices. Villa Serena has a large garden where you can dine and relax. The Villa has 5 bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms, one with a private internal shower, 2 double/separate beds and one bedroom with 2 single beds. There is 1 bathroom on the ground floor, 2 bathrooms (one with a shower) on the first floor where there is a second shower. You can also shower in the courtyard when returning from the beach. There is a study on the first floor with a private balcony and on the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace with a large table where 10 people can eat comfortably. There is another living room where thanks to a Samsung 50'' 4k Smart TV connected to the internet with Prime Video, Netflix, Youtube etc. you can spend an evening of leisure. The kitchen full of accessories and appliances overlooks the garden where there is a fireplace and where you can cook. Guest access You can enter the property by car to unload your luggage and groceries, but we recommend not leaving the car during the holiday. For those interested, we have rented 1 parking space in a parking lot near the villa where you enter with a card that you will find at home. Other things to note You will have a high-performance WiFi line and you will have the opportunity to book umbrellas and sunbeds by taking advantage of an agreement we have made with the nearby beach.
