Thank you! WE DECORATE FOR HOLIDAYS! Holiday cheer begins early November and ends Jan 1 EARLY CHECK-IN (1:30 PM as opposed to 3 PM) FEE IS $35 for additional work involved in preparing the space early and quickly and for the additional time in the space. EXTRA GUEST FEE: we charge extra per night for each guest after 3 guests because it causes significantly more work for us in turning over the property for larger groups (use of the queen bed, more towels, etc.). BEDS: For larger groups (4-6 people), know that we are more than happy to set up the sleeper chair in advance of y’all’s arrival - just let us know! Note that queen bed will be set up by hosts prior to guest arrival. The James can comfortably accommodate 5-6 adults (5 more comfortably than 6 as the sleeper chair is more intended for smaller guests and/or kids). Other things to note Please note that The James is near a school and that associated noise during certain times of day, and during certain seasons of the year, may occur. Charleston’s noise ordnance begins at 11 PM and ends at 7 AM. THIS PROPERTY IS LEGAL AND LICENSED BY THE TOWN OF JAMES ISLAND (PERMIT NUMBER BNB-2023-02). The James is proud to be one of the few legally permitted STRs on James Island. This is a self-check in unit so there is no need for guest/host interaction unless requested.
