The property is located just 800 meters off the main highway. After crossing the bridge from the highway, there’s a short 100-meter unpaved (off road ) stretch that leads to a narrow, Tarmac village road. This road continues uphill and connects directly to the property parking. We the host live in the property. Our Property is Pet Friendly. We have an in house puppy, as pet parents we must understand and make the space friendly for both the pets and other guests. Guest access Guest can access their private room off course, then We have 1 workstations, 1 Lobby & 1 Yoga hall & Front Yard can be accessed. Other things to note Additional Services: • Barbecue, bonfire, and fireplace can be arranged at an additional charge. • Room heaters are available at ₹600 per night. • Early check-in and late check-out are possible based on room availability, with a small additional fee. • Meals are served in the dining area only. Self-Cooking Option: Guests may choose to cook their own meals upon prior request. This includes additional kitchen and cleaning charges. A cook can also be arranged with extra kitchen + cook charges. House Etiquette: • Common areas are closed during quiet hours (from 11 PM onwards). • The property exudes lively yet peaceful mountain vibes — perfect for relaxation and reconnecting with nature. • Being in the mountains, occasional fluctuations in power, water, or network may occur (though rarely). • Surrounded by apple orchards, you may come across tiny mountain creatures like spiders — they’re harmless and part of nature here.
