Cozy little cottage with loft about 10 minutes from central Ludvika by car ( Klenshyttan). Walking distance to swimming & fishing waters! 4 beds, electricity/water/Wi-Fi/laundry/dishwasher/TV. Balcony with a roof. Swimming area via gravel road via walking/car about 1 km 5 km to commercial area (lyviken lutvecklinga) Bus stop about 50 meters (the gate fall) 8 min to Hitachi 12 min to the hospital 40 min to Romme Alpin 8 min to Grängesberg/lok/nostagi museum happy street bakery etc The space Open plan with kitchen, dining area & living room ( sofa bed ), toilet with shower/washing machine. Sleeping loft with double bed. Simple, cozy accommodation for 2 people with possibility to sleep 4 if you use the sofa. Close to commercial area 5 km (Coop, JYSK, rusta, car theme, etc.) walking distance to swimming area about 800 meters via gravel road. The property is close to the national road so outside there is some noise from traffic. TV is available. Possibility to rent towels 100 SEK/st & bed linen SEK 150/unit are available. Air heat pump & water from your own brown is available. The water is yellow colored due to iron but nothing that is dangerous, etc. Cleaning can be booked for a fee, otherwise the cottage should be left in the same condition as when you arrived, clean & clean.
