Lill-Stugan Dalarna, 8 minutes to Hitachi, near swimming

Cozy little cabin with loft, walking distance to swimming, nature & fishing waters! There is a double bed in the loft for 2 people, a sofa bed, electricity/hot water/Wi-Fi/laundry/dishwasher/TV. Most things are in the kitchen to be able to cook & possibly bake if you want to. Balcony with roof & outdoor furniture in summer! Close to a shopping area 5 km away (Coop, Willys, Jysk, Rusta, Biltema, etc.). Within walking distance to Klenshyttan beach with pier/changing room/playground/toilet, about a 15-20 minute walk via a gravel road (2 minutes by car). The space Please read the entire listing before booking. Thank you in advance! Open plan with kitchen, dining area & living room ( sofa bed ), toilet with shower/washing machine. Sleeping loft with double bed. Simple, cozy accommodation for 2 people with the possibility to sleep 4 if you use the sofa bed. Note: Keep in mind that the cottage is small and may appear larger in the pictures. It is optimal for 2 people, but as mentioned, it is possible for 4 people to stay if space is not an issue! The place is close to the highway, so there is noise from traffic/trains, more frequent in the summer! TV available (channels 1 & 2). Wi-Fi available. It is possible to rent towels for SEK 100 and bed linens for SEK 150 for those who cannot bring their own. Air heat pump & water from our own well; the water is yellow due to iron but nothing dangerous, etc. Cleaning can be booked for a fee; otherwise, the cottage should be left in the same condition as when you arrived, tidy and clean for the next guest. You check in & check out yourself, if you have any questions, I am available by phone/app. A cleaning fee of a minimum of SEK 1,500 will be charged if the cottage is left uncleaned! Pets are welcome, Max 2 larger dogs. Other things to note On the property, there is a garage and a residential building that is sometimes used by the owners; however, you will have exclusive access to Lill-Stugan during your stay. Parking is in front of or next to the cottage, immediately to the left when you enter the yard.
