Two minutes from the old E4an on Jungfrukusten, you land in a private room with your own workspace, good WiFi, reading chair, some books and newspapers and of course a freshly made bed. This is in a spacious townhouse with nature on the doorstep where we share common areas such as kitchen and living room. And you! Coffee is always available!!! The space Your room You have your own room with a 120 cm wide bed, a workspace consisting of a smaller desk, chair and footstool. Of course, you have access to WiFi, but there is also a cable drawn to your room. The room is on the upper floor where my bedroom is also located as well as shower/bath and toilet. If you are two people booking the accommodation, you can decide for yourself if you want to share a bed or if I should prepare and also make a bed with a mattress on the floor. Entry floor In the hall, you take off your outerwear and shoes, but of course you can carry it up to your room if you want. Otherwise, it's very convenient to have it near the front door. Well-equipped kitchen with most things you might need. Feel at home and fix what you want! Did you miss or forget something? Feel free to ask and we'll try to fix it. Living room with an incredibly comfortable sofa, footstool, TV and soapstone fireplace. There are also nice floor cushions to be able to place yourself in the most strategic place based on the season. Most often, however, the cats manage to snatch the best (read: warmest) place! Of course, you leave all common areas in the same condition as they were before. My kids are grown now and I've stopped picking up and cleaning up after others. Upper floor 3 bedrooms and shower/toilet. One room is yours, one is mine and the third belongs to my son (when he is home). Basement There is a laundry room with a washing machine and drying lines (no dryer). Other parts of the basement are occupied by my daughter. Guest access In addition to your own private room, we share the kitchen and living room on the entrance floor as well as the shower/bath/toilet on the upper floor (which is opposite your room). Of course, you can also enjoy the patios when the weather allows and you to. During your stay I respect you based on your needs! Just practical or maybe a little social talk? Privacy is respected! But I really like meeting people and being able to help and give suggestions, etc. Text, phone or on site! Other things to note You show me, my children and our cats kindness and respect and in return we do the same for you. Of course, you pick up and wash things you've used. That way, we all get the best and most comfortable accommodation☺️!
