Fishing, boating, golf paradise

It is hard to believe a place like this exists. Our home sits on a peaceful, wide part of the St John's River in an area called Fruitland Cove. There is little development due to the proximity to the Welaka State Forest and the fact that we are officially in the 'boondocks.' Nothing but serenity, endless blue sky with puffy clouds and stars at night. So many watersports are possible here, as well as fishing on the river, Lake George, the Ocklawaha river and the nearby turquoise springs. The space Our luxury home provides 4 spacious bedrooms with 2 living areas, gourmet kitchen and large dock with boat lift. Note: We do not accommodate small children, as our house does not have child-safety features or gates on dock or fencing. Proximity to water allows water access and abundant wildlife encounters. Thanks.... The house: You arrive to a large driveway that will fit 4 cars comfortably. You enter at ground level to a nice foyer that opens to a great room and beautiful kitchen that overlooks the St. John's river and dock. Also, on the main level, is a primary bedroom with full bath ensuite and an additional guest bath. A lovely patio is off the dining area and overlooks the river. The gourmet kitchen features a professional stove, double oven, large fridge, large pantry, microwave and is fully stocked with cooking implements, dishes, glasses, we have it all. The upstairs features a media room with 75 inch tv, couches, 3 bedrooms a full bath and a little wet bar with fridge and microwave and air popcorn popper. Guest access You may access the whole house except the garage and side storage areas, boat or equipment. All personal items are stored, so do not be shy about opening cabinets or drawers. Put your stuff away where you want. The only area that is off limits is the garage and our kayak / boat equipment. Other things to note DOCK is USE AT YOUR OWN RISK and also the furniture MUST stay strapped down. Always double-check this each time you exit dock. Never leave anything on the dock! The wind comes up HARD and everything blows off including chairs, phones - anything you want to keep will end up in the river. Watch out for PM thunderstorms which are violent in the summer! Never go out toward lake George if thunderstorms are forecast.
