We are located between Rosemary Beach and Seaside, minutes to Alys Beach, Uptown Grayton Beach. Our place is NOT Rented very often because it’s our second home, so you and your family will enjoy an immaculate Home! Amen30A is a luxury townhome right across the street from the infamous "HUB." You have food, drinks, entertainment, coffee, ice cream, shopping literally right across the street! Not to mention you are minutes from the gorgeous powder white sandy beaches and crystal clear water! The space We are located between Rosemary Beach and Seaside, minutes to Alys Beach, Uptown Grayton Beach, and not a far drive to Blue Mountain Beach. Whether you are on a romantic getaway, a girl's trip, or a family vacation, we strive to make sure your trip is filled with memories that you will cherish forever! Our home has 2 60" tv's in the bedrooms and a 70" tv in the living room for your enjoyment. We do provide WiFi and you can feel free to connect to your own streaming service. Cleanliness is very important to us, so between each stay, we have a team of experts cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting our home as our guests' health and well-being are very important to us. Please note there is no garage access to this unit- the garage will remain locked at all times. We highly recommend renting bikes while in town, it is super fun and very easy to get around. Other things to note The great thing about this area is that it’s close to everything, rosemary beach, sea crest , seaside etc.... all within Few miles.
