Spanning 75 m² (807 sq. ft.), this lovingly designed house can accommodate up to 4 guests and up to three dogs – ideal for couples, small families, or close friends looking to enjoy peace, nature, and the sea. Through the special architecture with two separate living levels connected by an external staircase, you will experience an exceptional level of privacy and space here – perfect for those who really want to relax on vacation. Two parking spaces right in front of the house make getting here easy. On the ground floor you will find a cozy bedroom with two single beds as well as a guest toilet. From here, you can access the enclosed courtyard – sheltered from the wind and fully fenced, ideal for sunbathing or for letting your dogs run around safely. The inner courtyard leads to the spacious garden with a large lawn area: enough space for dogs, for drying surfing gear, or for storing stand-up paddleboards. An external staircase leads to the light-filled upper floor, which features a cozy double bedroom, a separate kitchen, a living and dining area with plenty of space to relax, and a modern bathroom with shower. Here, Nordic charm meets a relaxed living environment. The kitchen is well equipped – including a dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and Airfryer, but without an oven.
