The linen fee is the amenities fee that includes towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, sheets, pillowcases, blankets, pots and pans, BBQ grill, outdoor cooking stoves, firepit, corn hole, propane tanks and a lot more included for $99.00. Management Fee - This is for tailgating or boon docking 2 day events - you will be 10 hrs of additional generators use per day and dumping of tanks.
