We know how hard it is to find creative sleeping arrangements when traveling with a larger group or a lot of children. We are known for creating thoughtful nightly rental spaces (this is our 3rd nightly rental). From white noise machines to toys, charging ports to extra pillows and blankets. We are minutes to Lagoon and amazing shopping and centrally located to multiple ski resorts. We welcome you and your family! This is our primary home but the basement is completely private and partitioned from the rest of our house. You will not have access to our home and we will not have access to your space. It is a daylight basement with a separate entrance. All the bedrooms have full windows with a lot of natural light. The family room has a large sectional and another lounger. Plenty of sitting room for your group. Blankets in the sectional that are washed after every stay. We have a large flat screen TV with access to Netflix, Disney Plus and Amazon Prime. The dining room has seating for 6 with another 2 barstools in the kitchen along with a high chair. We have a curtain to pull over the front door to turn the family room area into another bedroom for a baby or any other sleeping children. The bathroom has plenty of towels, toilet paper, tissues, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, plunger, baby towel and some additional toiletries. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook from an instant pot, complimentary tea, coffee pods, pots, pans and plenty of dishes for kids and adults. There are 2 barstools and 1 high chair. We also have baby bibs, sippy cups and childrens silverware. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, 2 pack n plays, extra pillow, blankets (that are washed after every stay), and extra sheets. We also have baby blankets and a black out cover for the larger pack n play. This room also has a fan, white noise machine and USB charging dock. This bedroom also has blinds along with blackout curtains. IMPORTANT NOTE: The bedrooms do not have HVAC vents. Our basement stays very cool and we keep our house around 70. We are very sensitive to heat and have never felt the bedrooms were uncomfortable. Bedroom 2 has 2 full beds and 1 twin bed, extra pillow, blankets (that are washed after every stay) and extra sheets. We have lots of books and toys in the closet. This room also has a fan, white noise machine and USB charging dock. This bedroom also has blinds along with blackout curtains. IMPORTANT NOTE: The bedrooms do not have HVAC vents. Our basement stays very cool and we keep our house around 70. We are very sensitive to heat and have never felt the bedrooms were uncomfortable. You’ll have full access to everything pictured except for 2 small owners closets that are locked and the utility closet which is locked. We’re available to help in anyway that you need. You can reach us via text or through the app. Our neighborhood is very quiet. We live on a steep hill. There is a UTA bus down the hill (maybe a 5 minute walk from us). That will get you to downtown salt lake and to station park. We have 1 parking spot in a designated 3rd driveway or you can park on the street May - October. Our hill is steep so if parking on the street you need to turn your tires into the curb. These are important details that we feel you should have full disclosure to: 1. You will not have control of the thermostat. We keep the house around 70. The basement tends to be a little colder than that. We have additional blankets and you can close vents. 2. We live upstairs and have 4 children (no pets). We are an active family, our kids like to do cartwheels and have dance parties. There is a floor that separates the basement from our sleeping space but during the day we live on the main floor. We do our best to not disrupt your stay. Your noise and your children will not disrupt us at all. We will not be able to hear crying children or crying babies.
