Welcome to our Cozy Corner! Minutes from Wrightsville Beach, Mayfair, UNCW and Downtown Wilmington’s Riverwalk--we are in the center of it all. 1st floor bedroom with a walk-in shower. Open floor plan features an updated kitchen, counter dining for four, and a comfortable living room with a 58” 4K smart TV. On the 2nd floor is two bedrooms with attached full baths plus a washer & dryer. The entire house is supported by a robust Wifi network and free parking. The space COZY CORNER This unit has a first floor master bedroom with a king size bed, 40" 4K Smart TV, touch lamps with USB outlets, attached full bath with a walk in shower that has an attached seat. This bathroom is great for those having mobility limitations as it is directly accessible from the master bedroom as well as with the common living area. The kitchen comes fully stocked with silverware, dishware, newly updated appliances, spacious lightly granite countertops for those needing extra cooking/serving space, a Keurig coffee maker to help get your day started and a Ninja food processor/blender to make those incredible margaritas or smoothies. The upstairs 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with moveable 40" 4K smart TV, double closets with an ensuite bathroom. The third bed room has two twin beds a 40" 4K smart TV with an ensuite bathroom. There is also an upstairs washer and dryer for guest use. All amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, bottled water, snacks, coffee, creamer, spices and toiletries are for starter conveniences. They are not restocked during your stay. In the master closet you will find beach chairs, umbrella and a backpack cooler to use when heading to the beach. Guest access You will have a code that will be unique to you to get in and out of the condo with ease. Parking is free and unassigned outside the home and is shared with the other neighborhood tenants. Other things to note Wilmington has some great places to eat. Some of our nearby favorites for dinner are K38 Baja Grill for Mexican cuisine and Moe's Original BBQ. Nicola’s Italian is a very short drive where Hinton meets Oleander. Downtown, there are some great places and we personally love Fork N Cork and Front Street Brewery, and there is also lovely dining on the river at Elijah‘s for seafood. For breakfast, the Famous Toastery is scrumptious along with Sweet & Savory Cafe, and Blue Surf Cafe. Wilmington supports several restaurants that have also been featured on Guy Fieri's show, "Diners, Drive In’s and Dives" like The Fork and Cork, Copper Penny, Sweet and Savory, and Cast Iron Kitchen. There are several places to rent kayaks and stand up paddle boards. Jungle Rapids amusement park is only a mile away or about a 3 minute drive. If you are up for some libations, the Salty Dog tavern is just a 5 minute walk.
