The Hideaway Cabin - A Private Retreat!

Welcome to The Hideaway, a charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom cabin located on a secluded 3.5-acre property at the foot of The Catskills. Less than 2 hours from NYC, this cozy retreat offers the perfect blend of peace and quiet, while still being close to plenty of amenities. As soon as you arrive at The Hideaway, you'll feel your worries melt away. Surrounded by trees and nature, this serene property is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The space As you approach the property you will enter onto a long wooded driveway. The hideaway is hidden from the street and we love it that way! Inside, the house is cozy and comfortable, with plenty of rustic charm and quirky decor. The living room is the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Sink into the comfortable couch and enjoy the warmth of the wood-burning stove while you watch a movie on the flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, and the dining area has plenty of seating for everyone. The Hideaway has three bedrooms, each with its own unique charm. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the second and third bedroom have Queen sized beds, ample closet space and storage. Each bedroom comes with a charging station for all devices and a flat screen fire TV. We provide spare blankets in all closets and each room in the home has an electric built in heating unit so you can customize the heat in your own space. There is a AC in the living room and master bedroom. Outside you can enjoy our beautiful and unique manicured lawn with total privacy! We offer a BBQ grill and picnic table for outdoor meals! After the sun sets you can relax under the star filled sky around the solo stove fire pit with a glass of wine, cup of tea or roasting marshmallows! ***PET POLICY*** We are big time dog people and absolutely love bringing our pups up about once a month to run free in the yard. We are not a random management company, we use the house often and absolutely love it. That being said, please treat the house the way you'd want your house treated. If you do bring your dog there is a $75 per dog fee with a max of 2 dogs per stay. Please use the sheets provided to cover the sofa and doggie towels provided to clean them up if they get a little dirty in the yard. The area has many dog friendly stores, restaurants and trails. Feel free to take your dog with you to explore. If you do leave your dogs at the house unattended please keep your pup crated. If your pup damages anything you will be charged for it.
