The space Come stay in our spacious two stories single family home that features 8 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms fully kitchen and a private heated pool(*). Our home is very well located just 15 min away from all the Disney parks and a few miles away from most convenient restaurants, markets and fun areas of Kissimmee and Orlando. Our private pool and spa adds to the whole fun in this gated neighborhood. Please advise host at least 48 hours prior for arrangements. ***BARBECUE GRILL/VACATION GEAR*** We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill at no cost upon request. If you need to outsource the propane gas grill or other gears please contact us. ***PET POLICY*** Only small pets under 40 pounds allowed. $150 Pet fee for each animal Only legal service dogs are exempt, we need proper documents to waive the fee. Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleanings will be charged ***PARKING*** This house fits 2 cars in the driveway and the overflow parking is about 250 feet down the same road. No street parking is allowed. This house has the option to park inside garage, up to 2 cars. ENCORE AT REUNION: We do not offer access to club house or encore water park with this booking. This is house use only. Guest access → Entire space. Please, make yourself at home. Other things to note → Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel.
