Welcome to our lovely home in Urbiztondo! 🌊🏄🏄‍♀️ We are centrally located in the very heart of the Surfing Capital of the North. Our place is a home-stay shared with other guests in other private rooms. We are just 2minutes walk away from the beach. The whole house has 6 private rooms with private toilet and bath each room. Shared Spaces (shared with other guests) are the spacious dining area, spacious living room area and billiard area. The space The room has a very comfortable Queen Size Bed, walkin cabinet to store your belongings and private toilet and bath. It has a 50inch Smart TV -(Netflix and Youtube -own account). We can also provide extra mattress for the extra person, extra charges applies. Guest access -All guest will have access to the spacious living room, dining room and billiard area. (Electric Fan is provided) -Guest can also use the microwave and refrigerator in the dining area. -We don’t allow guest to cook in the kitchen area for safety purposes. You can ask us to cook with a minimal fee, but please let us know ahead so we can prepare. -Drinking Water from our water dispenser are provided for Free. -House has a spacious parking space, 1 parking space per unit is provided. During your stay Our caretaker on duty will be available at the Guest House 24hours, during your stay. You can approach her for any of your needs. Other things to note You will be staying at our Home so we ask our guests to use it with care. We also ask our guests to respect other guests staying in other private rooms. Check-in starts 2pm onwards Check-out is at 11am (Requests for Early Check-in/Late Check-out) are subject to availability. Additional charges applies.) Quiet Time: 8PM - 7AM Smoking: No Smoking/Vaping inside the house. Cooking: Any type of cooking is not allowed. We can do cooking for a minimal fee. Just inform us ahead of time. Garbage: Please throw food garbage in the trash can located in the dining room and not in the garbage inside the toilet. Power Failure: In case of power failure, the Guest House has a generator but it can only supply Lights, Electric Fan and Water. Air-condition can’t be supplied with power during power failure. Beach: Beach is 1-2minutes walk from the property. Please remove all sand when going inside the house. We have faucets outside the house for you to remove sand. Alcohol: Drinking of liquor or alcohol is not allowed in the common areas.
