Themed Cosy Double Room - Weymouth Seafront

A warm welcome awaits guests at the uniquely themed Lawrence of Arabia Hotel, ideally situated on the beachfront of the prestigious Georgian Esplanade overlooking Weymouth’s award winning sandy beach and magnificent, gently sweeping sea bay, a central part of the UNESCO designated World famous ‘Jurassic Coast’. The space Room four is a quaint and cosy room offering a comfortable double bed, and an ensuite shower and toilet. Tea and coffee making facilities are included, as well as a mini-fridge, a Freeview TV, complimentary toiletries, a cooling fan, and a hairdryer is available on request. This room has a large sash window with a side street view leading to the seafront and a limited sea view. Room Four's theme is inspired by the Knowles Family, Lawrence’s neighbours and friends at Clouds Hill. The Knowles couple were the first custodians of Lawrence’s cottage when it was given to the National Trust. The room has a homely, cottage-like feel, with period furniture of the 1930s era, and is decorated with tapestries and features similar to those found at Clouds Hill cottage. There are eight steps up from the street to the entrance hallway, and Room Four is forty steps from the Hotel Reception, including twelve steps up to the landing of the second wing, and then a further nine steps up. Access to the Seaview lounge can be gained by stairs or lift from the ground floor. Please note that there is one step into the shower.
