East Austin! Entire Bungalow with Yard and Sauna

Laid-back life awaits, in this adorable East Austin home. Relax in the infra-red sauna, or take your pup on a hike in the trails nearby. The 2-bedroom home is set-up for remote workers, with one queen-bed bedroom, with the other bedroom converted into an office / yoga space, with a desk. Just 4 miles to downtown, and less than 15 minutes from AUS, we're located in Austin's rapidly developing East Side. Your hosts are Cody and Olivia. We live about 5 minutes away, and while you won't likely meet us (unless your dog wants a playdate with our energetic red heeler), we are very responsive, and always happy to provide recommendations for the neighborhood. This sweet house was our primary home for 5 years. The neighbors are great, and it's a diverse and friendly neighborhood. We have always felt safe walking alone at night. It's definitely *not* a gated community, and if you're looking for that sort of sterile feel it may not be the best fit, as it's a rapidly gentrifying area. We'vd loved living here and hope you will too!
