Updated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in the Faith Village neighborhood of Wichita Falls. The space The master bedroom has a queen bed and a full bathroom for its own primary use next to it, not attached to the room itself. The two guest bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house, sharing a hallway and bathroom. Both guest bedrooms have a queen bed in them and a sufficient amount of closet space. The guest bathroom is in the hallway with the guest rooms. This bathroom has a bathtub/shower, just as the bathroom next to the master. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property with the exception of (1) cleaning supply closet and (2) the shed located in the back yard. Both will be locked and contain owner property/maintenance supplies. In addition, most if not all gates will be locked accessing the backyard. There is a single lane driveway that can fit two vehicles, additional parking is available along the curb. Parking in the properties grass is not permitted at any time and additional fees will apply if violation occurs. Other things to note *****There are steps at both entry/exit points of the house, please be aware of this prior to booking and always be careful when using. They are concrete and very stable, but there is no railing at this time. *****Pets allowed on a case-by-case basis for a $50 per pet fee. Acceptance of pet depends on type, breed, and number of pets. Additional fees may apply if extra cleaning is required due to heavy shedding etc.
