Each room is solid concrete from top to bottom to give our guests the privacy they want. Each room has been totally renovated with all the amenities you’d expect down to the sheets on the beds. Our newly renovated seaside property is the gem of Jacó. The apartment has one bedroom and a loft. Each room is solid concrete from top to bottom to give our guests the privacy they want. Our rooms have been totally renovated with all the amenities you’d expect down to the sheets on the beds. While the outside is typical Costa Rica green vegetation the insides are totally modern, down to the blackout shades on every window. We are located less then 1/2 block from the beach on the south side of downtown Jacó. Our street is down from the most popular surf spot in Jacó, Calle Sol D’Oro. We are close to Jacó Walk, the mall and numerous Bars and Restaurants are within walking distance. The gym is literally around the corner and costs about $8 a day to use. There is a surf shop on our corner where you can rent anything for the beach. The Vegan Restaurant “SER” is next door and boasts one of the the best places to eat in Costa Rica. Our place is also a good place to work remotely. We carry 2 internet services!!!! So if one ever goes down we have a backup. One service is Satellite and the other is cable. No one else in Costa Rica has this service. Gabriel is our full time resident/manager on the premises. Making sure you have everything you need. We have security from Thursday to Sunday and holidays. Your loft apartment is completely private. You can access the pool until 10pm. Laundry facilities are available after 4pm. 1st come first serve. Hammocks are located outside your door. Our manager Gabriel lives on the premises and will see to any need you might have. Safe, Quiet and clean neighborhood. Close to the best part of the beach in Jacó. We have 11 parking spaces in front of our building located on the property. If you don’t have a car you can walk, bike, Uber or taxi to most places in or near Jacó
