Discover the perfect stay in the heart of Ogden! Our location offers unbeatable convenience and charm. If dining and nightlife are your thing, the iconic Historic 25th Street is only a 10-minute walk away, filled with bars, restaurants, and lively local culture. A nature lover? We’re a short drive to Ogden Botanic Garden and Pineview Reservoir (10 minutes) . Our neighborhood is incredibly walkable, allowing you to explore and experience the best of Ogden with ease. The space Our house was built in the early 1900’s and you can see the charm throughout the house. The house is a triplex; the top and middle floors are on airbnb and the basement is rented. Tenant is quiet. You can park on the driveway or on the street. The Madison, as we call it, is very charming and spacious! We kept the original doors, doorways and windows. We call the upper unit “Urban Birds Nest because the property is surrounded by trees and you see trees from every room. The living room has a 55” 3D flat screen TV, a 3D DVD player, 4 pairs of 3D glasses and a variety of 3D movies, a comfortable couch and two chairs. Great view from the park. The main bedrooms has a large closet we converted to an office with a foldable desk that’s attached to the wall, a clothing rack, a mirror and shelves . The walkout of the bedroom is our favorite spot. The balcony off the bedroom is very spacious, had two chairs and an outdoor rug so you can hang out and have coffee in the morning and look at the trees, you can sunbathe during the day and watch the sunset and lay on the floor at night and watch the stars! The main bedroom has a queen bed, a couch and a TV, equipped with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon video, Apple TV, Disney+. The second bedroom is smaller and has a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and single on top. This room has a closet. The bathroom is roomy, has a toilet, a bath tub with a shower head, one sink, mirror and a vanity with a hair dryer and other amenities we provide such as body wash, body lotion, mouth wash, toilet paper. Our kitchen has everything you need to cook. We have a nespresso machine with a frother and coffee pods. We also have a pour over and a regular coffee machine so you can make coffee whichever way you prefer! We have a full size two in one (washer & dryer) unit in laundry room and because it is two in one unit, the cycle will last between 2:30 and 3:45 hours. We ask that you do not put too much clothes in it so the cycle is faster and your clothes dry correctly. We do not allow pets in this unit. Not suitable for kids. We will help you plan your stay if you’d like help. We live in Salt Lake City and have businesses in SLC and Ogden and have spent a good amount of time exploring and we love to help people fall in love with Utah! Our place is super quiet and close to a lot of attractions so if you want to spend all day running around, this is the place for you. If you’d like a quiet place to work remotely and have a change of scenery, this is the place for you. You can go on a nice walk during your break - go grab a cup of coffee at one of the coffee shops nearby or grab a bite at one of the restaurants in Ogden!
