A bathroom (shower + bathtub); a separate toilet and a dressing room in the hallway. Each room is equipped with a storage cabinet. On the landing: a 140 cm sofa bed. Billiard room (35 m2) with two 140 cm sofa beds, desk area, bookcase and various games. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house as well as outdoor spaces, fenced with walls. Private parking for 4 cars in the courtyard; another municipal parking lot 200 m away. Garden hobbies: trampoline, ping pong, balls available; ball games; badminton; Speedball pack (standing jokari); bikes available, plus the possibility to contact the Richebourg Re-bicycle. Other things to note The ground floor heating brings a lot of comfort in winter and the thickness of the stone walls offers a beautiful coolness in the summer. Our house offers large spaces to be together and multiple possibilities to stay in peace. The cottage can accommodate 14 people; beyond the 6th person, extra beds are €20/person/night. The extra beds are 3 sofa beds (140 cm). No payout will be requested for children under 3 years old.
