Welcome to our charming independent house of 125m2, located in a peaceful neighborhood just 15 minutes away from the historic center of Rouen. You will appreciate its pleasant living room and its beautiful private garden with 2 sunny terraces, perfect for BBQs or enjoying aperitifs in the sun. Ideally located near local commerce/shops, it can accommodate up to 8 people with its 3 bedrooms and a guest room/living room with a comfortable sofa bed. The space On the ground floor, you will find a spacious entrance, a fully equipped modern kitchen with all necessary appliances (including an extendable table that can accommodate 6 to 10 people), a living room with a large corner sofa, and a guest room/living room with a 140 cm sofa bed and a workspace. A bathroom with an Italian shower and two toilets are also available. Additionally, a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, and an exercise bike is at your disposal. All windows and glass doors are equipped with electric shutters for your comfort. Upstairs, three bedrooms and a shower room are available. The first bedroom is equipped with a 180 cm bed and a wardrobe. The second bedroom features a 90 cm cabin bed and a click-clack (extra bed). The third bedroom has a bunk bed and a large wardrobe. All windows are equipped with shutters to ensure your privacy and tranquility. Bed sheets and towels are provided. High chair and baby bed available upon request. Guest access In terms of access, you will be only a 15-minute walk away from the Seine River and the historic center. Additionally, three metro stations and bus stops are nearby, making it easy for you to get around and explore the city's sites and activities. You will have access to a garage (one car), as well as free parking spots on the street. Once the keys are handed over, you will have unrestricted access to the accommodation, including all amenities, the barbecue, terraces, and garden, so you can feel at home. Bicycles are also available. Check-in is from 4:00 PM onwards; however, early check-in may be possible upon request and subject to availability. Check-out must be done before 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
