The space It has one bedroom with a double bed, one bathroom, full kitchen, living room and yard areas. There's a pool but its not for children or parties... guest use only with typical 'pool rules' and respectability expected. Vehicle parking is a reserved space and it's in a safe neighborhood within the city. You're close to stores, hospitals and the downtown areas. I've lived here for 44 years...
