The newly renovated Lake View space boasts two bedrooms with queen size mattresses, gorgeously tiled full bathroom, and a spacious and airy living room that flows into the dining area and open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could desire for a seamless stay, from an espresso machine to all of the cooking tools needed to create a magical meal. You can even enjoy your pre-dinner cocktail with an ice sphere from the built in craft ice maker. Curl up in one of the cozy leather chairs next to a large window overlooking one of the city's beautiful murals and read or work remotely. The balcony off the kitchen/living/dining area is large enough to practice sunrise yoga or host a few friends to catch the concerts in the park at sunset. The entire apartment and private balcony are yours to enjoy. The stairs and foyer are shared with our other apartment, Park View One. Here you will find a shared washing machine and dryer for your use. You have one free designated parking space and there is ample parking in a large lot to the side and behind the building. You will experience a seamless check in with keyless entry to both the street level entrance and your apartment. We are available 24/7 to help you during your stay. Lake View Two is located in the heart of charming Lakeport. Only one short block to the lake and surrounded by restaurants, a bakery, coffee shop, boutiques, antique shops, and so much more! Your balcony overlooks Library Park, which hosts many community activities such as concerts, farmers’ markets, festivals, and car shows. Lakeport is a charming and bustling little town on the shore of Clear Lake. There are many shops and restaurants as well as frequent events put on by the community both on Main Street and in Library Park. There is a public boat launch directly across from the apartment and you will see many boats going in and out, as Clear Lake is renowned for its bass fishing. Additionally, Lake County has come up in the wine world, with many outstanding wineries open for tastings and tours.
